MESSAGE

MASAKAZU TOMITA

In summer of 2006, although I was new in the music business, I started up SyncPower Corporation, believing in the uniqueness, inevitableness and high potential of the sync lyrics services in the music market.
Looking back the last ten years, sync lyrics service platforms have been evolving from PC, music players, cellphone and to smartphone. At the same time the music scene has been shifted from download to streaming and then to subscription. During this time, we were able to realize our services to meet these needs.

In addition to our large sync lyrics data base, we have been increasing volume of metadata which will meet the dramatic changes in music scene and requirements. We strongly believe, our contribution to music field will be increasing rapidly.

In 2017, SyncPower became an exclusive agent in Japan for ACRCloud who developed music recognition technology. By combining music recognition technology, sync lyrics contents and meta data, consumers are now able to enjoy the music heard on the street immediately or enabling us to expand and improve service of the music copyright administration in the broadcasting industry and digital music distribution industry.

Now that music market shifts to digital distribution, we will continue to improve mechanism to deliver the enormous value and messages of lyrics to the market, not only from major artists but artists before major debut. As a result, we will make a social contribution through the benefits enjoyed by music production companies, rights-holders, users and partner companies.

As we continue to work closely with our business partners and enhancing our relationship, we will materialize new services to meet the needs of rapidly changing music market.
Your continued support will be highly appreciated.
